How we use your details

Who receives your request?

UK Fencing Quotes is an independent fencing-enquiry referral service, not a fencing installer. You can contact the website operator at exoticonlinecoach@gmail.com about your data or to request the operator's legal identity and contact information.

What we use and why

When you submit a fencing enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode, town, details of the work and optional information you provide. We use that information to review your request, contact you if necessary and, with your agreement, share it with suitable independent fencing contractors who may contact you about that job. A contractor may pay us for the introduction. A quotation is not guaranteed.

Sharing and your choice

Sharing your details with fencing contractors requires you to check the separate consent box when submitting the form. We do not treat that as permission for unrelated marketing. You can withdraw your agreement or ask us to stop referrals by emailing us, although a contractor who has already received your information may still hold a copy under its own privacy obligations.

Storage and retention

Enquiry details are processed through Netlify Forms and available to authorised website administrators. We keep information only as long as needed to manage the enquiry, its referral and associated records, reviewing older enquiries for deletion. For the precise retention arrangements and the identity of the responsible operator, contact us at the address above.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to object to processing where applicable. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
